New in SavvyIdeas - Direct Replies
Many employees do not feel comfortable sharing their opinions, ideas, or concerns for fear of retaliation, humiliation, or just being labelled "difficult". But when your employees don't speak up, you miss out.
There is an answer to this...collecting anonymous employee feedback.
Guaranteeing anonymity removes any concerns an employee may have about potential repercussions from sharing their opinions.
But anonymity can create another problem. Sometimes, the information provided isn't sufficient to take action. You need more detail or more context.
Wouldn't it be great to be able to ask more question? But, of course, you can't because you don't know who provided the feedback.
Direct Replies are the answer.
With Direct Replies, you can discuss a submission directly with the person who submitted it, whilst maintaining their (and your) anonymity.
In SavvyIdeas, you can see which team members replied to the submitter, but you can never see who the submitter was.
Similarly, when the submitter views replies, they can see the reply that was posted, but they can never see who posted it.
Check out our docs to learn more about how to enable Direct Replies and how to post a reply and view the submitter's responses.
